Your medical information is shared with one partner doctor, for one purpose: your quote and treatment plan. Never sold, never used for marketing, deleted on request. That's the whole philosophy — the sections below are the details.
1. Who we are
HealVoyage is a medical travel facilitator connecting patients from the US, UK and Europe with accredited healthcare providers in Türkiye and Thailand. We act as the data controller for the information you share with us while planning your treatment journey.
2. What we collect
Only what your journey requires: your name and contact details; the treatment you're interested in; travel preferences and dates; and — when you choose to share them — medical photos, records and history relevant to your consultation. You are never required to share medical information to receive general pricing.
3. How your medical information is used
Medical photos and records are used for one purpose only: allowing our partner doctors to assess your case and prepare an accurate quote and treatment plan. They are shared exclusively with the specific partner clinic relevant to your enquiry, under confidentiality agreements — never sold, never used for marketing, never shared with any other third party.
4. Your consent, always
We share your case with a partner doctor only after you ask us for a quote. You may withdraw consent at any time — one message is enough — and we will stop processing and delete your medical materials on request.
5. GDPR & international standards
For patients in the EU and UK, we operate in line with GDPR: lawful basis for every processing activity, data minimisation, and your rights to access, rectify, export and erase your data. Our partner hospitals additionally operate under their national medical confidentiality laws and JCI accreditation standards.
6. Storage & security
Your data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems. Medical materials are kept only as long as needed for your treatment journey and follow-up care, then deleted. Payment details are never stored by HealVoyage.
7. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses only essential cookies and privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
8. Your rights
You may at any time request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, restrict its use, or delete it entirely. Contact us at privacy@healvoyageglobal.com — we respond within 30 days, usually much faster.
