"All-inclusive" is one of the most overused phrases in medical tourism — and one of the most important to get a straight answer on before you commit to a clinic or agency. Here's what a genuinely all-inclusive quote should cover.
The non-negotiables
- Your treatment itself, at the price confirmed in writing
- Return flights, booked in your name
- Hotel accommodation for your full recovery period
- All airport and clinic transfers — not just one-way
- A translator or English-speaking coordinator at every appointment
- Any medication prescribed as part of your treatment plan
What often gets left out (and shouldn't surprise you)
Meals outside your hotel, travel insurance, visa fees and any elective add-ons (like PRP alongside a hair transplant) are commonly excluded — that's normal. What's not acceptable is a clinic adding facility fees, anaesthesia charges or "aftercare" costs after your quote is confirmed.
Ask for it in writing, itemised
A trustworthy provider gives you a written quote that separately lists treatment, flights, hotel and transfers — so you can see exactly what you're paying for. If an agency won't itemise the quote, treat that as a warning sign.
How we do it
Every HealVoyage quote is fixed and all-inclusive once confirmed: treatment, flights, hotel, transfers, translation and your personal coordinator, all in one number. Nothing is booked or charged until you say yes.
